This policy explains how NORDVIK Systems Limited (“NORDVIK”, “we”, “us”), based in Nova Scotia, Canada, handles personal information collected through this website, nordviksystems.ca. Our brands and platforms, such as CollectorsHub, have their own websites and may have their own privacy policies, which apply when you use them.

We only collect personal information that you choose to send us through our contact form:

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not ask you to create an account.

How we use it

We use the details you submit only to read and respond to your enquiry. We don’t sell your information, use it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

How your enquiry reaches us

• Email delivery: when you submit the form, your enquiry is sent to our team as an email through Resend, an email delivery service. Our reply goes to the email address you gave us.
• No database: this website does not save your enquiry in a database. The email remains in our mailbox for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up.
• Hosting: this website is hosted by Vercel. Like most hosting providers, Vercel processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
• Spam protection: to limit automated or repeated submissions, our server keeps a short-lived count of submissions per IP address. These counts are held only in memory and cleared after a few minutes.

These service providers may process information outside Canada, including in the United States.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you from an enquiry, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it once we no longer need it to respond. To do so, contact us or email support@collectorshub.ca.
