Our aim

We want everyone to be able to use nordviksystems.ca. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

What we’ve done

• Every page and form can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
• A “Skip to content” link lets you jump past the navigation.
• Pages use headings, landmarks and lists so screen readers can navigate them.
• Text and controls are designed to meet WCAG colour contrast guidance.
• Every form field has a visible label. Errors are described in words, linked to the field, and announced to screen readers.
• Product statuses are written out in words, so they don’t rely on colour alone.
• Animations are switched off if your device is set to reduce motion.
• Pages adapt to small screens and can be zoomed without losing content.
• Decorative illustrations are hidden from screen readers. Illustrations that carry meaning have a text description.
